Winter can be a beautiful time of year for those extra special vistas. The nite air is cold and crystal clear; Lake Michigan quiet and placid as it slows to a frosty state of being and dusk imbues the horizon in holiday blues. This view is from a 12th floor condo at 415 E. North Water Street. It is located neither too high nor too low-just at the right height.
